Dan has been with The McCarty Company Construction Group, Inc. since 1985 and currently serves as President. He became a co-owner of the company in June of 2008 and supervises the field operations, project management and estimating staff. Senior Project Manager / Estimator
Leslie has 18 years of construction experience on various projects ranging from a $30,000,000 tank maintenance facility to a $2,500 door replacement. For the past fifteen years, she has been the Senior Project Manager and Estimator for The McCarty Company – Construction Group, Inc. She performs all aspects of construction services including estimating, scheduling and management of renovations, new construction and specializes in multi-phased projects in occupied spaces. Areas of experience include health care, elder care, civic, industrial and commercial.
Chuck Steele
Project Manager / Supervisor
Chuck has 25 years experience in the construction industry with concentrated experience in commercial construction. He has been with The McCarty Company for five years and has served as Project Manager on both new and renovation projects. Projects range from minor renovations to major, multi-phased expansion renovations.
Jim Barton
Project Manager / Estimator
Jim has over 45 years of construction experience ranging from paint and general contractor estimator to project manager for primarily commercial and institutional construction. For the past 12 years he has been employed by The McCarty Company as an Estimator and Project Manager. He has been involved in multi-phased and time-sensitive projects for NMMC and other clients where the work was performed in occupied spaces.
Scott Medlock
Project Manager / Estimator
With over 10 years of construction experience, Scott has been with The McCarty Company since January 2009. He received his Mississippi State Board of Contractors Residential Builders License in 2006 and graduated from Northeast Mississippi Community College with an associate’s degree in Construction Engineering. Scott currently serves as an estimator and project manager.
John Hamlin
Project Manager / Estimator
John has almost ten years of architectural drafting experience and over five years of construction experience. He received his associates degree in Drafting and Design from East MS Community College in 2002 and graduated from University of Southern Mississippi with a bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering Technology in 2006. John has been with The McCarty Company since January of 2011 as an estimator and project manager.
