National Food Service Management

Oxford, Miss.

Serving as the primary hands-on training spaces for NFSMI (recently renamed Institute of Child Nutrition), this project consisted of full renovations and food service equipment replacement. Designed in conjunction with Mackesey & Associates (FSC) of Madison, Wisc., these spaces serve to train institutional food service professionals from around the country and include numerous everyday settings, from a full bakery kitchen to serving lines, food prep and dish room.

  • Includes more than 100 unique pieces of food service equipment

  • Serves to train institutional food service professionals

  • Completed in 2015

  • $600,000 construction and FSE
