Charlie began at McCarty Architects as a summer intern in 2021-2022 while she was studying architecture at Mississippi State. Since joining McCarty full-time in 2023, Charlie has worked on all phases of projects from pre-design work to construction documentation.

Before joining McCarty, Charlie graduated from Ripley High School in 2017, and after high school, she attended NEMCC, where she was a Tiger Cheerleader for two years. She was also a part of Phi Theta Kappa and a Tiger Ambassador. 

Outside the office, Charlie is involved with Tupelo Young Professionals and enjoys athletic activities with her friends: marathons, pickleball, etc.
